- Pre-Shipment Photo Approval
- As each of our products is handcrafted, slight variations are to be expected and contribute to the uniqueness of each item.
- To ensure your satisfaction, we will send you a photo of the final product for your approval before shipment.
- If you notice any defects or discrepancies in the photo, please contact us immediately to discuss a resolution.
- Returns and Exchanges
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 7 days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Shipping Costs
- Mimi Golden Crafts will cover the cost of the initial return shipping for any items returned within 7 days of receipt.
- For exchanges, the customer is responsible for returning the item to us, and Mimi Golden Crafts will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- In the case of items arriving damaged or with defects, please contact us immediately.
- We will arrange for a return and process a full refund or exchange as per your preference.
